About the Artist
Susan and Bruce visit Grandma Moses Museum in Bennington,
VT.
My first artistic memory was standing in
front of an easel in kindergarten ~ a blank piece of paper and all those
powdered pigment colors mixed in cut-off milk cartons. The creative seed was
planted and, in 1968, I received a BA degree in Fine Arts from
After 16 years as a flight attendant, I was
inspired by an artist friend to begin painting again. My work eventually sold
in a gallery in
Photography has also been a keen interest of
mine. It has led to my latest endeavor, these notecards
featuring Bruce, my favorite vintage sock monkey, and his friends.
